Biography, Education and Training

I hold a Ph.D. in Politics from UC Santa Cruz and a Master's in Media Studies from Erasmus University Rotterdam. My research interests include sub-state nationalism, regional institutions, territorial and identity politics, European comparative politics, migration, and media.

I teach 'Introduction to Legal Studies' and 'Rhetoric and Inquiry'.

My dissertation project is titled 'Explaining Cross-Regional Variation in Territorial Governance: The Case of the Italian Regions'.

 

I am affiliated with the CIRF - Interdepartmental Center for the Development of the Language and Culture of Friuli.
