Professor Frymer will speak on "Building an American Empire: The Era of Territorial and Political Expansion".
Paul Frymer is the director of the Program in Law and Public Affairs and a professor of Politics at Princeton University. He is the author of numerous articles and three books, all published by Princeton University Press. Professor Frymer was previously the Director of Legal Studies at UCSC.
